Who runs Lockboxer? Lockboxer was started by Jennifer Morehead, an internet entrepreneur, along with a talented group of people. Jennifer noticed that it was hard to put together a home inventory and wanted to create a solution to make the process easier. Lockboxer lets you put together your home inventory and then rewards you by letting you manage your stuff.
How did you come up with the name Lockboxer? Lockboxer started as a company aimed at helping people put together a home inventory and so the original name was Property Lockbox. Then we started developing really cool technology to help people find details about their stuff quickly and felt it had a broader appeal. So we re-tooled Lockboxer to help people sell, donate, make a wish list, and also make the home inventory. We wanted a name that was fun, original, and different so we picked Lockboxer.
